In a small street in Boston, tucked away among other shops, sits Studio Carta. This design studio imports a unique line of products from Italy. Begun in 2004 by Angela Liguori. A native of Rome, Angela grew up in the shadow of Saint Peter’s Basilica with her mother’s dressmaking tools all around her. Now Carta specializes in desk tools, scissors, 100% cotton ribbon and other small notions.
