Indulge Your Senses Watercolor Workshop with Diptyque | March 2nd @ Martha Mae Studio - Chicago

Indulge your senses with Martha Mae and Diptyque.

Join artist and Martha Mae founder, Jean Cate, and Diptyque for an intimate in-person watercolor workshop at the Martha Mae Studio in Chicago, IL on Sunday, March 2nd from 10AM-12:30PM. 

The scents of Diptyque's Baies, Feuille de Lavande, and Eucalyptus will be the backdrop of this class. As you enter the studio, let yourself be transported by the scents. Tables will be set up with a lush still life of lavender, berries, eucalyptus, and candles for you to explore and paint. Each model is an ingredient in the candles. Look, touch, smell, taste, and listen to the models as you create your own still life painting. 

Jean will guide you through a watercolor tutorial, followed by one on one teaching if you'd like. We will have light bites, as well as coffee and tea for you to snack and sip on throughout the class. Diptyque will be here discussing their scents and gifting you some of your own. 

All necessary materials will be provided for your painting session. Additionally, explore the curated selection of Martha Mae favorites available for purchase in the studio to enhance your creative toolkit.

Tickets include the watercolor workshop, light bites, coffee/tea, and gifts from Diptyque. 

This workshop is open to beginners or seasoned painters! Please note that this is an in-person event at the Martha Mae Studio (1727 W Grand Ave, Chicago, IL 60622) on March 2nd from 10am-12:30pm, with convenient street parking available. The studio is located on the second floor with only stairs available. We can't wait to see you there!

* Please note that watercolor paints to be taken home are not included in the ticket price. They can be purchased at the workshop if you'd like to bring them home.
