RETURN POLICY

You are able to return your unused, undamaged items 12 days after purchase with original receipt or gift receipt for store credit only. No returns on artwork, ceramics, and oil paints. 

Taxes and shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages.

If an item needs to be exchanged due to damage, please email jean@marthamae.info with the subject "Incorrect/Damaged Purchase" to receive further instruction.

CHANGING OR CANCELING ORDERS

Martha Mae is not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed.
