We ship Monday through Friday via UPS and USPS.
Shipping price varies by weight.
Orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
We offer international shipping to Canda and Mexico through USPS. We do not cover customs charges or additional fees.
Domestic and international shipments may experience delayed delivery due to delays within shipping systems. Please be mindful of shipping delays when placing holiday orders. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.
We are currently offering free domestic ground shipping for orders over $75. This offer only includes the 48 contiguous states of the United States.
Please make sure you have a secure location for package delivery. Unfortunately, we are not able to replace stolen packages. If your parcel is lost by the delivery service, please reach out to email@example.com, as well as file a report with the delivery service. We will try to help troubleshoot on our end.
Returns + Exchanges?
You are able to return your unused, undamaged items 12 days after you receive your order with original receipt or gift receipt for store credit only. No returns on artwork, ceramics, and oil paints. Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping will need to be taken care of by customer. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your questions and concerns.
