Material Studies 003

This beautiful sculpture designed by Aron Fischer is brass with a soapstone base. The series of sculptures explores different materials and forms.  Brass, thin wood, and soapstone come together in this dynamic study. Thin slices of circular wooden pieces become one with the thick brass lines jutting from the soapstone. Simplicity and minimalism meet with dynamism and brass in this material study.
